    Barbie Clothes from Vintage Handkerchiefs

    This is an absolutely darling book; the author is incredibly talented and clever. It's basically an insruction book about how to make clothes for a Barbie-style doll using vintage handkerchiefs. Any mother/grandmother/aunt et al. would enjoy making these for a special little girl. I would give this book 5 stars, and definitely recommend it.

    Thank you for this adorable little book...I luv it.

    Haven't used it yet. I'm still memorized with the beautiful pics. I will do some experimenting soon. I haven't done much sewing so I'm excited to see how I fare with vintage hankies & Marsha's patterns & instructions. This is a wonderful little book. I highly recommend it to any doll lover who enjoys sewing for her dolls.

    i will resell this book at a loss. I am very disappointed in it

    the photos are very nice but you do not get very many patterns and the patterns for the best dresses shown are not included. the instructions for the patterns that are included are not good enough for anyone but the most experienced sewers and those folks wouldn't wan t those simple patterns anyway

    Loved that Hankie Couture book

    great little book showing lots of sewing ideas - thinking outside of the box with doll clothes. Who knew? The patterns included in the book are a bonus to unleash your own creativity.
