The carrier damaged my order, the envelope was ripped open and I could see the cards hanging out of the envelope in their scan. Contacted seller, explained the situation and showed her the scan from the carrier. Item never showed, filed a claim, nothing has happened still. Seller went out of her way to help me with no luck.
