    The best Thai cookbook!

    I have had this cookbook for the past 15 years and absolutely LOVE it. The dishes are varied, easy to follow and the resulting taste is superb! Every time I make a dish from a recipe in the cookbook, I get rave reviews. Both of my sisters, who love to cook various Asian dishes, commented that they had Thai cookbooks but "the recipes in this one were superior". Only difficulty I have encountered is that some of the recipes call for Tommy Tang's spice and I have not been able to locate any spices by him for sale. I tend to either skip those or alter the recipe somewhat using other recipes as a guide.
