Seller sent an unopen copy of Windows 10 Pro. I was unable to register the product because Microsoft didn't recognize the key as a leget key. I also didn't appreciate the seller contacting me through my personal email and threaten me with no refund if I had opeded the package. The product was most likely a bootleg copy even though it was sealed. Whatever the issue was, it's a non fuctional copy.

Worst packing job I have ever experienced on Ebay. Item was sandwiched between two cardboard clamshells re-purposed from another package and then wrapped in bubble wrap and tied up with packing tape. USPS would never have allowed this to ship like this. How hard is it to find a box?
