Water is the key to health
The information in this book is very vital today when so many men, women, and children do not drink enough water, yet they have poor health and can't figure out why. This book provides many connections to our health, our body functions, and water.

Refutes a lot of Alternative Health Nonsense
Basically, this doctor advises you to flush all of those vitamins and pharmaceuticals, and not necessarily to change your diet. The trouble that he sees with all of these regiments is that they ignore the intuitively obvious fact of drinking water. Most of the things he analyses are not illnesses (e.g. Aids, hypertension, constipation) or diseases, but disfunctions easily corrected by a few tall glasses of water, with some occasional salty treats, every day. I believe that this book could lay waste to most of modern medicine because it actually empowers the patient and calls the bluff on the Big Pharma's incessant reliance on drugs. I bought this book because I had previously read it, on a lark, of course. For all this praise, I would make one reservation. I do not think that a ... But for most of the people who read this book, simply following what he has to say will help you avoid much of the fraudulent wears being peddled as "medicine" The fact that you don't have to buy any expensive equipment, or take weird chemicals on his program leaves the rest of the competition in the dust. In the end you will have achieved thousands of dollars worth of results for no more than the cost of the ink and a glass of tap.

Dr B's One Voice Crying in the Wilderness of Healing
I bought this book because I heard that this Doc had been able to help people while he was in prison and had only water, lots of it, to treat patients. He had a lot of success in relieving symptoms by having them drink large amounts of water. I have partially taken his advice and feel some hints of benefit. I'm not a completely skeptic and I'm not a complete convert. This is a rambling book. It is repetitious. Every chapter says the same thing in some varied way. He starts out with one topic in a chapter and tends to float off to another. If you want to find out exactly what Dr. B suggests you do to improve your health with water, you have to go hunting. At least I did. Just because a doctor doesn't write up his argument really well doesn't mean it is a ... Repetition can be good when taking up the task to lay out an unfamiliar philosophy of health. What bothers me more than his writing style is his claim that there is at least one study in medical journals supporting his water-cure claims. If there actually is, I have yet to find it. He did once write an editorial in a gastroenterology journal. Footnotes are not Dr B's strong suit. I have yet to find an organized, careful explanation in the book of his clinical experiences with, as he puts it, "3000 patients." He doesn't seem to summarize it in any throrough fashion. Practical experience is his strong suit. I seem to get some reduction in various kinds of body pain by drinking a couple of cups of water when I feel the pains. And I'm still reading the book. I wanted to buy this book because I know I need to drink more water, but I didn't know exactly why. I went to my cardiologist with high blood pressure and asked him if I should drink more water. The doctor looked at me as if I was crazy and said, "No!" I may not be educated in the medical field, but I usually know when I am given wrong advise. This book explains exactly why I should drink more water and is written in a way any layperson can understand. Because I now understand why I am dehydrated and the negative affects dehydration has on my health, it is much easier for me to drink lots more water. In just a week, I feel much better than I have in four years. Among studies mentioned, the author has printed actual letters from private persons, corporations, and ... I wanted to buy this book because I know I need to drink more water, but I didn't know exactly why. I went to my cardiologist with high blood pressure and asked him if I should drink more water.
