My machine came fairly quickly, however it was damaged in shipping. I contacted this seller right away and receieved a prompt response. The owner called me the next day and promised to resolve it. That day i took my machine to be repaired and it was fixed the next business day. They filed a claim with UPS. They also replaced the accessories box that had been damaged, and i hadnt even asked for that. Great people, professional, courteous, and generous!
