Ordered 9/03, on 9/15, I inquired that my order has not arrived, is there tracking? She quickly replied, 'Hi, this was sent last week, reg mail. No tracking number as it costs more to add a tracking number. Let me check my receipts when I get home from work to let you know when it was sent.' After that the SILENCE was deafening, 9/27 no reply. 10/19 still nothing. This would have been a neutral, if there was follow up communication, We both lost, failure due to no tracking#. Ebay did refund me.
