Contacted seller because both items showed delivered and they said they were shipped in separate boxes. You’re not supposed to use the same label for two separate boxes. I also expressed my frustration on the item not being the same as the photos and they did not respond. Attached is a photo of what I actually received.

    Great lightweight basic laptop.

    This laptop has surpassed my expectations. Much lighter than my previous ASUS laptop. Works seamlessly with my external monitor. Shipping was prompt, item well-packaged. Effortless setup. I’m going to add additional memory (though it runs fine with the 8GB on board). Works well for videoconferencing and even simple games.
