    No nonsense book on the virtues of a diet heavy in rice...

    Thoughts and ideas as well as decent recipes for one of our most common and abundant cereal grains. It's also a worthwhile approach to weight loss, and likely an overall improvement in general health. The ideas are well presented without much proselytizing. If you suffer from overweight issues or need to do an elimination diet, this book presents some facts and answers in a clearly understandable way.

    Its a great book. Contains a lot of good information and easy to follow. If I somehow lost or this book became destroyed, I would definitely purchase another.

    Great interesting read! There is no need to cut out those yummy carbs in order to lose weight. All in moderation:) Excited to try all these amazing recipes! My mouth is watering:)
