The "buy two get one free" promotion feels like a scam to try and get personal information. I bought 6 skirts in two separate transactions and in both instances the lowest priced "free" skirt was not available due to "ebay" error. Seller messaged me wanting to buy from them directly. They canceled because they didn't have the skirt but listed the reason as issue with my address (not been an issue for any other seller).
