Pictures show double tooth but product received has single. Tracking still shows yet to be delivered, which is incorrect obviously, so it didn't allow me to cancel the order. Then I initiated the return, it asked me to post back with the charges to be paid by me nearly equal to the product cost. I contacted the seller if this could be compensated as this wasn't my fault and seller offered me refund equivalent to half of the product price. I am unable to cancel my return as eBay doesn't allow me.

Again, the colour of the cover is not what I would call grey, (not seller's fault), but the SpeedPak delivery from China is very impressive. From point of ordering to delivery, the package took one day less than the same item ordered from the UK, with much more concise, detailed tracking data. I cannot fault the complete service from this seller!
