exellent product for guys over 40
Very good, easy to swallow, I would recommend these vitamins to men over 40, the body absorbs it very fast because it's liquid. I like the fact that it will help my prostate stay young with the pumpkin seed and omega oils, saw palmetto and many other good ingredients. The bad about these bottle is that when I opened I found a cracked pill and the oils went all over the other pills.

I always feel better (more energy, alert, healthy) when I take these and avoid getting sick. I had a cold I couldn't shake and began taking these. I was all better within a day or two. They helped me overcome the vitamin deficiencies reflected in my blood tests. My only complaint is the price is a bit high and taking 3 huge pills seems like a lot. It's best to take one at every meal, but that can be inconvenient and hard to remember sometimes. As a person that does a lot more than vitamins and minerals for my health i like what is included in these. There is a lot of food that is recommended by nutritionist that a lot of people don't eat.
