Received alarm clock that stated it worked. I’m a 49 yo who knows how wind up clocks work. I get it and it was packaged well. I will state the facts. However i wind it up. Not too much as that could damage the clock. And nothing happens. I then email the seller stating exactly that and he says” I don’t know what you did wrong”. I did nothing wrong sir. And I don’t appreciate the words. Your item didn’t work as expected. I will be filing a claim.
