Great Lighting Timer
I used these to replace the older design Intermatic mechanical timers. The Tork are easy to install and setup. The housing is plastic so longevity should be good. The astro feature turns on the lights at sunset and off at sunrise. There is an override allowing you to adjust those times. And, several other program times if desired. The Tork includes a backup capacitor. So, if power is lost your settings are safe for up to four days. These are set and forget.I used these to replace the older design Intermatic mechanical timers. Installed this timer a few days ago and so far it is behaving exactly as intended. It is used to control exterior lighting on a building and it is a huge improvement on the old electro-mechanical devices that constantly seem to need adjusting

Exactly what I expected. Snaps into existing Tork metal box making wiring and installation very simple. Lights come on at dusk every night now with no need to ever adjust the timer ever again! I am a EE and found programming to be EZ even though others gave poor reviews.
