I ordered a crystal decanter. It arrived smashed to pieces. It was only packed with a small, thin sheet of bubble wrap on the bottom and two plastic grocery bags laid over it. Attempted to contact the seller to get a refund but it has been several days and they have not responded. Beware of this seller.
