Item description is not correct. Item has a European plug, 150v not 120 as stated in the description. This is miss leading. Why would you sell a product to someone in the United States when they knew it will not work? I sent 3 messages about this, they responded to the last one saying sorry no exchanges you can just return it. I had asked if they had one with the correct plug for the United States. Thier response was we don't swap items out you we can return. Poor customer service.
