I have mixed feelings about this transaction: 1.) the price was very good and the items came in very quickly. 2.) To my dismay both boxes had been torn open and looked as if they were being reused. I would have returned the Prevagen but on inspection, both the external and internal seals were intact so I am keeping them. Seller could have sold them "Unboxed".

    Amberen Supplements

    Amberen capsules are the perfect size to swallow. If you take as directed in the morning after your breakfast, I found it to be most effective for the entire day. I do not seem to have intense hot flashes, if any, and if I do get a hot flash its very mild. It also seems to curve my appetite. I still have my three meals but do not have the urge to do alot of snacking in between my meals.

    Nothing has happened yet

    I've only been using it for 9 days and so far I've only had more hot flashes a day!! My sleep is fine but that might be not taking an afternoon nap. I will finish up the pack and jopefully my hot flashes will have subsided!!

    dependd on where you are at in menopause

    This is a great product for beginners of menopause . I have been in menopause for yrs and have been on a natural hormone replacement program that I pay a lot for so I thought I would try this. The price was so good but, the product is not strong enough for me my hot flashes came back and I almost started my menstrual cycle again so I will have to add another estroven pill to it .

    Great! Worked well for me!

    I tried this product to relieve my Menopause symptoms, and it performed exactly as promised. I immediately felt relief from hot flashes and night sweats. After completing the first 90-day course, there was a slight return of my hot flashes, so I did a second course (according to product instructions).

    Try it for yourself!

    Its just ok for me. Hot flashes have diminished quite a bit, but I still get several during the day/night. But its still such a relief not to be sweating constantly. I would recommend at least trying this. I have seen Amberen in stores and it seems to sell out very quickly. I;ve only used this for a couple of weeks, so hoping to see less hot flashes.
