They work really well.
After using the thermometers, for slightly over a week, they work really well. However, for those probes that are not being they remain on (or so it seems) as they appear on the app as if they are simply consuming energy. I think the app has some corks but all in all I would recommend them for convenience, accuracy and a new way of having better control over your food. The holding block is solid.
