so I do not believe I have ever left negative feedback for a seller before but in this case I felt it was necessary unfortunately ... I ordered a simple wallet from them ... I live in New York .. somehow it was sent to LA instead ... when I contacted the seller their cavalier attitude was frankly annoying and when I suggested that at least refund the shipping cost that I paid I never heard back. it has now been 11 days and counting and nothing ... it was meant to be gift..

I apologize again for the inconvenience. My hands were tied the second the item shipped from my warehouse as it was the in the possession of the post office and I have no control of what happens to it at that point. They incorrectly put it on the wrong truck that sent it to LA and once they figured it out it was delivered to the correct location. The order was made on 5/24 and deliver 6/4. 11 days total
