However, this in no way was the fault of the seller and I must say the seller was very quick to respond when I contacted him . I was sent an immediate refund and an apology from the seller who acted in a very professional and courteous manner throughout. Despite not receiving the badge I will still give this seller 5 stars for providing an excellent example of good old customer service.
