It was shipped in a small envelope with no packaging, and I almost snipped the dress as I was cutting open the package. I was able to get the dress out without cutting it, but I would recommend using a padded envelope in the future to avoid this problem. I am happy with my purchase, and I recommend this seller.

Our doorbell cam has no deliveries happening that day. Again, NOT the sellers fault. It was shipped quickly and would have been here within two days had the USPS done its job properly! Seller is assisting me in filing a claim.
