    It did improve my arrow groups!

    It seemed to immediately improve my 'bare bow' no sight off the shelf rug groups. To me it seems to mount a little too high above the shelf for optimal center-tiller nock placement but as a consistent 5 inch grouper at 20 yards from my Bear Super Magnum bow using Victory carbon arrows and feather fletching, when I took off the rug and side plate and used this I immediately shrunk the groups by at least an inch by average! The only hang up is why the Teflon tube over the wire rod has to be that long? It rubbed up against my jacket when I held the bow down while walking and almost caught on the pocket?

    Excellent and dependable arrow rest

    After trying this rest that came installed on an old recurve bow I acquired, I was quickly hooked with the many qualities this type of rest offered over the shelf rug and plate system that comes with most recurves. Not only will this rest shoot feather fletching, I have no problems with tpu vane clearance whether 2" or 5". It is easily installed with the self adhesive backing, weather proof, quiet and adaptable if you have a plunger cushion installed. I have ordered more to replace the rests on the other 4 recurves and two compound bows I have. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles the fancy top end rests have, but it doesn't have all the fussiness of tuning you have to go through either. No brainer for me!

    Flipper rest.

    I used these rests more than 40 yrs ago. When they came out it was a giant leap in recurve shooting. I also used them on the early compounds like the Bear Whitetail. Simple but very effective.

    Have used one for years on the recurve bow I have

    I bought this to replace the one I have had on my bow for the last 30+ years. The fishing line I was using to retrieve arrows got hung and pulled it off.
