I also used an SLS and paraben free shampoo and conditioner. I tried multiple times contact the seller and apart from the initial reply they did not respond. Its incredibly frustrating that after sending £300(GBP) on the items and delivery (not to mention £56 paid to customs clearance) The lack of professionalism and responsivness was extremely disappointing.
