    Received broken plates. Requested a refund through eBay. The seller said they’d me ship 2 more plates in better packaging. So I canceled the refund request. Received notice today that the post office won’t deliver to me because the seller didn’t pay the correct postage. I reached out and asked for a refund. Seller refused saying they don’t have their plates back. I have no control over what they sent out without the correct postage. I said they need to pay the correct postage or refund my money

    I never refused a refund. I told you I'd send two more plates at my expense. Unfortunately I sent these two plates via Fed Ex. They notified me that I didn't have enough postage so I got that rectified. I followed up with Fed Ex. They were not helpful (spoke to several agents). I have written to the President and CEO, Raj Subramaniam, to explain what happened, insist that he find the package and complete its delivery. I am so much more frustrated than you are. This has been embarrassing for me.
