    After receiving a non working device I contacted seller and we agreed that I would send it to the manufacturer. After the manufacturer accessed the device determined that is was so badly broken that it would cost more to repair than a new one, When I informed the seller he refused to honor the sale. This is a lot of money to get burned for. I hope the seller comes to and refunds me the money It has to be shipped to him from the manufacturer.

    I did not refuse to refund your money. I refused to refund you and send you my address so you can return the device outside of eBay. I told you I only want to use EBay’s return policy in which you says that would prolong everything. Once you file for the refund and return I immediately accepted. After filing you messaged me again asking if I could just refund you and give you my address because your bank account was hacked and the the device was at the manufacturers still.
