    The flavor of this balsamic vinegar is exceptional! Not too sweet not too harsh-perfect. I make my own salad dressing, nothing fancy, just balsamic vinegar, maybe some dried mustard or chopped herbs or maybe just the basic oil and vinegar. I feel its healthier and cheaper. So to recap: great taste, packaged well and quick ship.
