    Received Defective Item!!!

    This item was defective on arrival which made my extended warranty I purchased inactive. I bought this item as a gift for my daughter a month ago. When I plugged it in it made screeching noises and then the error code popped up. This item was stated as tested and fully functional and without printer cartridges. That was not the case. Printer cartridges still in the printer and an error code on the screen in French.

    Bought used

    I bought this used, not recommended, the ink was spent and print heads clogged, took all afternoon to set up and clean/replace print head and ink cartridges, still had error codes then sorted out and eventually got it to print with quality, it's great now with the wireless printing but was a chore, don't buy used is the moral of the story

    Good job!

    Epson has a winner. This printer is compact, performs several functions, doesn't need cables and is user friendly. Very economical. It is intuitive with paper feeds and sizes, prints envelopes beautifully and is very quick. It accommodates many different paper sizes and weights.

    CISS System

    The sublimation system color coding and the printer slots with the color indicators do not match. had to switch the empty cartridges to match the slots in the Epson. Scanning system is very slow on this particular model.
