      I will NEVER do business with this seller EVER again. At first, everything seemed fine. The seller was friendly & responsive. However, the product arrived badly damaged. The seller used a very flimsy box and not enough bubble wrap. You could literally feel the product moving around inside of the box. After I helped the seller get a refund from the carrier, they completely ignored/ghosted me! I had to ask eBay to step in so that I could return the product back to the seller. HUGE WASTE OF TIME !!

      I apologize for the inconvenience. Everything you said is correct albeit not intentional. I was out for 2 weeks and my colleague managing the account didn't see any messages, and it's almost insane to type this, but because he was using Opera browser it was blocking eBay web scripts from running. He switched to Chrome saw a bunch of messages, refund requests etc and processed stuff as fast as he could. I didn't realize he wasn't seeing things until nearly 2 weeks later when I followed up.

      Sold as "NEW" - not 3 years of spin recorded. Drive full of issues. I requested a refund - they refused and are accepting the item back for return. Watch out - you get old junk if you dont watch. Seller had all kinds of excuses - not theirs, bought from a guy who said XXXX - all a load of bs. Bad sellers give this business a bad name. Watch out.

      I apologize that this occurred. This order was returned and refunded. The listing was then changed to specify the drives as used instead of open box. My client clearly didn't know the actual usage of these drives before asking us to broker them. We sell a lot of gear that clients have in storage or in use at our data center. These were all in boxes and wrapped.
