    Contact from the seller was really good. This included a message saying that the item had been returned from shipping due to the packaging being damaged. The seller then advised that, on checking the rest of their stock, they were faulty / damaged. They offered the option of a refund or to wait for stock to be replenished but that could take 30 days! I opted for refund which was dealt with straight away. Reason for "neutral" is my concern over the stock being faulty so I am hesitant to reorder
