The cap falls right off and the lense falls out leaving the entire inside fully exposed. No seal of any kind. Also, made of MUCH cheaper materials than the high quality looking light in the pics they post. Nothing is smooth, metallic looking or shiny, just really dull and uneven black plastic. Even the button is black. I wish these sellers would stop lying about their products. They sent me a LARGE - its HUGE - massive as for a Rottweiler with a large face or maybe a pit bull, but still maybe too big. It's for a HUGE FAT FACED dog. It was returnable and it was change to no-longer. The listing doesn't show sizes but the picture indicates it's fairly small dog, at least small enough for a small-ish size dog.
