The first thing I did was make sure the ring was legit (no offence to Natural Facet). Two jewellers have confirmed it is and both have said I would have paid double in the UK, even having paid the import duties - which were around another 18%. One even said the they thought Natural Facet had been 'conservative' with its grading. The comms from the company were strong and the despatch time was good.
