    Fluke 199/C/003 Color Scope meter

    This one is one of the best Fluke Scope meters. Fast and powerful. I would recommend the color meter over any of the black and white, slower models. Beats my little Rigol scope by far.

    It's a Fluke!

    works great, the scope inputs are isolated from each other and from ground. built in fluke meter too! A single 200Mhz isolated probe for a regular scope could cost more, but with this it's like having 2! In multimeter mode the display is huge!

    Old version is ok...good value if the price is right

    Very good, but it feels a bit limited compared to the newer scopemeter models. Also do not like the fiber optic data interface here compared to the USB interface of the newer models.

    Great portable scope! it has impressive capabilities like FFT (fast fourier transform)!! in my opinion you cant go wrong with Fluke meters and equipment though they are more pricey than others.
