    Great price on this refurbished PSU and it's hard to go wrong with the two year warranty. The item looks as good as new. Setup was easy. No problems with quality although I am only a few days in. On the downside: the PowerPanel software is pretty bare bones. This model also does not come with a remote access card. If you want one you are looking at $225-$300: nearly the cost the refurbished PSU itself! So I'll just remote in and stick with PowerPanel for now. Overall, a steal for the price!

    Great quality and condition but the software is not for the home user. I bought this to pair with a Bambu H2D printer but still went into overload because of the massive over 1500 watt power draw. This will power a home a few computers to protect from power outages and surges. You could not tell me the difference if this was refurb or brand new. Fast shipping and happy with the value purchase.

    Great UPS at a fantastic price for what you get

    Great UPS. This refurbished unit looks and operates as if brand-new. Heavy as could be, but actually works like a UPS should. So much better run-time than a competitive unit with the same ratings that this replaces.

    Just What I needed

    I have this connected to a Sony 49" TV, FiOS Receiver, Harmon Kardon Amp, Powered sub woffer, Compaq media PC, and wireless router and it says "38 minutes of standby power." Awesome! We get (occasional) power drop outs and this protects the PC (in particular) and FiOS box from rebooting. Simple and effective. High quality feel to it. BTW I did NOT install the software and cables to shutdown the PC.

    Looking Good!

    I have it set up in my front room. Just using this for the TV, so far works nicely. Also use to keep my modem & switch going for tablets, phones, with all advantages of internet when and if power goes. Also bought an inverter generator "1000watts to keep UPS up and running! Ran a quick test on all, looks good! I'm a happy camper!
