I had to call them and convince them to take the car back. This outfit is a complete blank show, they treat you well before they get your $$, once they have it, you’re noting to them. The transporter drove the vehicle on/off the truck and parked it in his driveway. Then the starter had a random failure as parts on vehicles can fail. Immediately, once we were notified we offered the client to either send back the vehicle at no cost to him (we pay shipping there and back) or we will send it to the local dealer to have it repaired and inspected for him. He requested we take it back, so we shipped it back and refunded him fully.2021 Lexus LC 500 LC 500 COUPE (#314033934618)
