I called the buyer twice. Left one message. The second time he hung up on me. I advised that they can return the item for a full refund. I'd even send a replacement overnight free of charge. No response. My best guess is that they are trying to use a Natural Gas Valve on a propane heater. The propane threads are left hand threaded.
