While it did ship in a timely fashion, when it arrived, it did not include any power cord (which makes the product useless) I contacted the seller who replied "I never stated or implied that a power cord was included" Why would anyone buy an electronic product that is not usable? Even if I don't have the OEM power cable, I am usually willing to include a compatible power cable (if I have one) at no extra cost. Unfortunately, since your item has already been shipped and delivered, there is little I can do to help.
