    Item came really fast and tracking was provided as soon as it was packed. The packaging was really impressive! As for the description, I was under the impression that it was fully framed. The wafer was just on paper backing inside a wooden frame without glass to protect from dust or finger prints. The value/cost on shipping and the item were very reasonable!
