The item was packaged with extreme care (pen box bubble wrapped inside a plastic bag, inside another bubble wrapped layer inside a box that was wrapped in plastic!) and even included a darling piece of origami with a thank you card. If the seller hadn't told me the item was used, I would not have known as the condition was like new and better than described. Communication was great. Just a perfect seller. I will not hesitate to purchase from again.
