      Works very well. Great value!

      That little battery is very essential for the raid-performance of the server. After the initial charging we had to unplug and plug it in again and since then it works like a charm. I cannot tell though about the long term experience but expect it to last. It is fully compatible. It is a hassle to order this very important replacement part from Dell directly and it would not have arrived quicker but certainly would have been much more expensive.
