Be sure you know if this is an INITIAL SIZE CARTRIDGE!
It is hard to buy these very expensive ink cartridges at a good price. There are many available, and most say "Original Epson Product." Most of the very inexpensive cartridges, and many of the moderately priced ones are actually Epson, but are the initial cartridges that come with the printer. If the product description "802" is followed by an I, (802 I) it is NOT a full cartridge, even if it IS a Genuine Epson product. Some dealers don't seem to know what the I stands for, and are charging very high prices for a vastly smaller amount of ink. The really good dealers have it listed in the description.It is hard to buy these very expensive ink cartridges at a good price. There are many available, and most say "Original Epson Product." Functionally acceptable
Product does the job (prints) but ridiculously expensive. Seems that Epson printers are “programmed” to not work or deliberately foul up with generic (less expensive) ink cartridges, leaving one with a feeling of Epson chortling with a “got you!” I highly doubt I doubt I’ll buy another Epson printer. Sad, because I like the printer’s features and quality of output.

Bad ink cartridges
Installed ink and it would not install. Called Epson and they had me send picture of message that was on my printer regarding the ink cartridge. Epson reported that the ink cartridge was defective and I could not use them Message on printer was that the ink cartridge was for initial set up and since my printer was already set up, these cartridge was not usable. I had to get new ink cartridge and when I installed them, my printer worked.Installed ink and it would not install. Would not work in printer,code kept coming up. I believe these are for first time use in brand new printer only, which no one would need because they always come with!

Not useable
This was not just 802 Epson refill ink. It was delivered 802 I but I just tried to install new cartridge yesterday and Epson said these are only good for 1st initial use of product...which comes with the new printer. Cannot use for replacement cartridge. Falsely advertised.
