Talked with the seller about deactivation but we weren't able to remove iit. Seller was understanding and offered a refund. Even with the issues we had I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again. 10/10

He was also great to work with. The first time I ordered, I had given him the wrong payment info and he had no problems canceling the order for me. The next time, I had given him the wrong address and it was returned to sender.
