    Shipping was good, packed well value was ok but unfortunately the take deck didn’t work properly. However, the seller offered to not only exchange it but if I sent it to him, he’d make sure everything worked correctly and ship it back. Very communicative. I’m leaving positive feedback taking into consideration that he’ll send it back as he said. I realize I may not get the camera back but this sellers seems very honest, I’d buy from him again, once my camera comes back. Packaging was very good.

    The camera is perfect and exactly as described, could not be happier with it. However, the communication from the seller was poor and it took a week for the shipping label to even be created, and another week for the item to be shipped. In both instances, I reached out to check in on the process and it was only after my message that it seemed to progress at all. I wish the seller had been more communicative about the delay, but in the end I am happy with my purchase.
