      Great cookbook!

      This cookbook has everything Cajun French in it. It has recipes from the old school. I've used it for years and just replaced my old one with this one.

      This is one of the top 5 Louisiana cookbooks for traditional cuisine. It is a replacement copy because our original is in Japan with me and my wife needs her standby recipes to cook for her elderly father as he recovers from an accident and long hospitalization. As I say it is one of the five best regional cookbooks from Louisiana and we've used it since it was first published.
