Box smelled like cigarette smoke and when opened there was loose tobacco coming out of the Xbox and all over the bubble wrap. Ports caked in gunk. After using it, the controller has obvious and constant stick drift that makes it unusable. Attempts to contact the seller were ignored. Store’s description talks about caring about their reputation and working hard to please customers,but I see none of that here. Terrible value for what I paid.Stay away
