      Great features and quality for this low price.

      The product came in timely manner, and worked. While these preamps aren't rated as highly as Focusrite, they are still very good. Plus, you get 16 total channels, and the app that comes with it is pretty useful in setting up the device, and ensuring your firmware is up to date. All this for well under $300. I'm very pleased, though I haven't used it a lot yet.

      Will not work with Windows 7

      After a week of trying everything to get this to work with my computer, I gave up and returned it. The sound kept cutting out and the longer I used it, the longer the latency. I purchased a competitor's product as a replacement, downloaded the driver and it works flawlessly. I do not recommend this product for a Windows user. I rated this 2 stars because the analog stuff such as the mic preamps and the headphone amp sounded clean and clear, with no noise.

      Amazing Interface!

      Use it for both recording and live mixing for our church. Software used is Reaper and together it's a killer combination. Plenty of OUTs for MAINS, stage monitors, foyer speakers, and hearing impaired DI send. Like a $12,000 digital system for under $500.00 including software. Quiet pre-amps if not gained up too much. We have this thing loaded to the gills with Reaper handling 29 tracks (including subs and sends) all live! Never a hiccup on an Intel i5 quad processor with 20gb RAM. It completely replaced our 32 track sound board, effects processor, equalizer, and compressor. I can't find enough good stuff to say about this interface!

      So far, so good

      My US1800 fried after less than ten years, hoping this one lasts longer. Like the new mixer feature and control panel. Have long latency for output (6.5ms), so have to monitor direct. I thought my computer was fast enough, but apparently not.

      A new central tool in my studio

      This interface, for me now, is about as important in my studio as my drums or main recording laptop. Pivotal. That it accepts 8 XLR inputs and SEPARATES them into your computer DAW for INDIVIDUAL tracking makes it a tool unlike anything this home studio has had since I had my Tascam 388 console reel-to-reel(wish I still had it). If used properly, this tool gives you PRODUCTION POWER.
