Sellers that sell ostomy products should be more careful about their products and know if they are out of stock or damaged and remove them from auction of buy it now. People that need these products and are having to pay out of pocket do not need their product delayed. When a customer purchases an out of stock or damaged product and the seller cancels WITHOUT even sending an e-mail to the customer that is unacceptable. Plus the fact that it takes 3-5 days for that customer to receive a refund.
