The seller had great communication and when they had unfortunately ran out of stock for this model, offered to give me a similar one. It came at a reasonable speed, about a week and the tripod seems to be great quality for its price. That definitely is a pleasant surprise. It does feel a bit heavy but sturdy and the head does feel like it can track smoothly. I haven't had much of an issue so far but I can't wait to use it on a proper shoot.
