    Item was lost by postal service, seller was extremely helpful thru out the whole process, eventually received a refund. Seller sent out package in a timely manner, and I cannot fault them for anything in this, as it was entirely the postal services mistake. My experience has been that the usps in the charlotte area is notorious for losing packages.
