A very solid, well engineered product. Easy to assemble, and it looks good in situ. It was delayed at customs, with an extra £62 payable, which I wasn t expecting. (Not the vendor s fault; this is now standard for UK imports.) The cardboard packaging was badly damaged in transit. One step was dented, the the bag containing the fixings had torn open, and 1 washer was missing. The vendor advised me to buy a replacement washer myself and offered to refund the cost.
