      Fast and Easy to Install

      Easy to install. The kit I bought did not include the storage tank or the faucet as I was replacing an older system and already had them. The kit did include everything else needed to install the system. The only tools needed were a screwdriver and 2 screws if you intend on mounting the system inside the cabinet, and a razor blade to cleanly and smoothly cut the tubing. Before installing, double check that all tubing is completely pushed into the fittings. The kit I got had 1 piece of tubing that was not fully seated in its fixture and it leaked when the water was turned on. Once I pushed the tubing completely into its fitting, everything was fine. Since I was replacing an older system and the water, drain, faucet and storage tank tubing was already installed, so it only took me 10 ...

      Incomplete Order

      I have had a RO system for over 10 years. I ordered this system to replace an older system. Everything was pre assembled. I Installed the system. I could never get the water to taste right. A little over a month later my spouse was complaining about the smell and taste of the water. She wouldn’t drink it. I tested the RO water and had 965 TDS! I contacted the company about my issue and received a generic email response asking me to collect some more data and respond. As I was checking as asked, I figured out that the RO filter canister did not have a membrane in it. I assumed that the membrane was pre installed since it was not included in the packaging. I notified the company and they told me ‘You notice your issue so install the membrane that we provided with your package ...
